Nature's Path is Hiring a People & Culture Manager Near Blaine, WA

A formal and clear overall Human Resources and Strategic Plan that effectively supports the objectives and vision of Nature’s Path Foods by:

· Providing advice and counsel on best practices in the human resource field, solutions to various human resource issues and direction in human resources for contemplated changes

· Developing, implementing, and monitoring policies related to employees and their working environment. Using consultative, hands on, as well as strategic approach ensuring all policies meet the needs of employees, business objectives & government requirements

· Evaluating the business processes of the organization; identifying process improvements and supporting performance measurement systems to improve the member experience

· Developing and deliver regular communication of progress on achieving success

· Ensure common understanding on planning processes, content, measurement, and impact

Dedicated, focused and capable employees to meet NP’s current and future people needs by:

· Working with the Plant Management Team to implement Nature’s Path’s people management systems

· Ensuring that all staff respect Nature’s Path’s Policies, and that Managers and Team Leaders receive training to implement and support them properly; monitoring to see that these policies and systems are used effectively and consistently

· Developing Managers and Team Leaders to coach consistent with the "Nature’s Path Way"

· Ensuring that team members are being trained to meet the current and future needs of the organization, in a planned manner

· Consistently setting a personal example in leadership, as “servant leader”

Creates a commendable reputation of Nature’s Path in the business community and public by:

· Respectfully and capably representing the best interests of Nature’s Path in all internal and external dealings

· Requiring the same standards from all staff in their internal and external dealings.

· Building and maintaining a high performing team of human resources professionals who are capable of delivering results effectively and efficiently.

· Ensuring a positive and productive work environment that will attract and retain high caliber, motivated team members.
